Myoprime is designed to provide your body with the fuel sources it needs to perform at its best.  Myoprime would be beneficial to someone who is looking to increase their strength, power outputs, and build muscle.  If you are currently trying to add kilos to your lifts in the gym then Myoprime is a good option to provide the fuel your muscle needs to do that. 
It includes creatine monohydrate, which helps supply the body with Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), the body’s main fuel source for muscle contraction.  It also includes Peak ATP, which is a clinical form of ATP. Both of these together will help fuel short-term muscle contraction, perfect for improving your strength and power, and reducing fatigue.  MagnaPower is an ingredient more easily absorbed form of creatine bound to magnesium, which allows creatine to get through the stomach acid better. HMBca is another ingredient, which is an effective combination of HMB with vitamin D3. This helps with muscle gain and can also increase muscle mass.
Creatine is stored in the muscle, so this supplement needs to be used on both training and rest days for at least 4 weeks, to maximise skeletal muscle creatine stores.  Creatine can be used in phases (creatine cycling), such as cycling between higher doses, maintenance doses and no dosage. If you consider cycling creatine, initially 1 scoop would build up a maintenance dose, 2 scoops would be a higher dose, and then removing creatine would be your off-cycle. Consider building up your creatine stores by taking for at least 4 weeks at the recommended serving of 1 scoop. 1 serving/scoop is 7g and is best used pre-training, and anytime on rest days.
